While most products available on our website are new, some may on occasion be refurbished.
If it matters to you, you need to contact us before ordering to know if it is brand new or factory refurbished.

Guarantee and Returns
Unless otherwise noted, our products are guaranteed for 30 days. You are responsible for the shipping to return an item. You must contact us before returning an item to obtain a return authorization, or the product won't be accepted when it arrives and you will be responsible for the shipping costs back to you.

Availability
Some products on this site may no longer be available or is temporarily out of stock. In the event that you order a product that is not available, we will either, at your request:
1) Refund you the full amount of your purchase.
2) Offer you an alternative.

Errors
Errors may appear on this site and in product description. that may directly affect the value of a product. We reserve the right to correct any mistake at any time without notice, even after a purchase was made. Our only responsibility in case of errors affecting your purchase will be to refund you in full. If the product was already shipped, you may return the product and be subject to the "guarantee" portion of this agreement.

Shipping
It may take up to 30 days for you to receive your item. Many factors affect the delivery time of an item. You may request that a tracking number be provided to you and/or an investigation be made as to the status of your order ONLY if you haven't received your item whitin 30 days of receiving you order confirmation e-mail. You will be charged administrative fee if you request a tracking nubmer before 30 days

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
